ACTRA Refund Policy

1. General provisions

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for ACTRA Premium digital access. It forms part of the ACTRA legal terms together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

ACTRA Premium is digital access for a selected period. No physical goods are sold or delivered.

2. When refunds may be available

Refunds are not provided except in the cases listed in this Policy or where mandatory consumer protection law requires a refund.

A refund may be approved if:

If access is suspended or terminated because the user violated the Terms of Service, paid amounts for the affected Premium period are not refunded unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

3. Request window

The user must request a refund within 14 days after the payment date, unless mandatory law provides a longer period.

Requests submitted after this period may be rejected unless they concern a confirmed duplicate charge, non-activation due to ACTRA's technical issue, or another mandatory legal ground.

4. How to request a refund

Send a request to actrafb@proton.me and include the email used for the ACTRA account, payment date, selected Premium period, payment reference if available, and a short description of the issue.

ACTRA may ask for additional information needed to locate the payment and verify the request.

5. Review time

ACTRA reviews refund requests and sends a decision within 10 business days after receiving the information reasonably needed to verify the request.

If the payment provider requires additional checks, the final processing time may depend on the provider, bank, card network, or payment method.

6. Refund method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where technically possible. If the original method is unavailable, ACTRA or the payment provider may use another lawful and reasonable method.

After a refund is approved, the related Premium access may be cancelled or adjusted from the account.

7. Digital content and consumer rights

By purchasing and activating Premium access, the user acknowledges that ACTRA Premium is digital access supplied after payment confirmation. Where permitted by applicable consumer protection law, the user's withdrawal or cancellation right may be lost or limited once Premium access is activated or use of the digital service begins.

Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.
